Add noodles to beef mixture and simmer 2–3 minutes. Makes 2 servings. Beef ’n’ Potato Noodles 1 pound ground beef 2 cups cubed potatoes 2 cups diced tomatoes 2 packages beef ramen noodles, with seasoning packets In a frying pan, brown beef with seasoning packets until done.
Saute until vegetables are tender. Cook noodles in water according to package directions and drain. Add seasoning packet. Spoon vegetables over warm noodles and sprinkle with soy sauce.
